Chief Executive Officer Spherion Staffing is seeking a transformational leader to serve as the next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our client-a strategic thinker with a servant’s heart, a steady hand, and a passion for building safe, healthy environments for children and families.
The Mission
To promote safe, healthy environments for children and families through advocacy, education, counseling and prevention.
Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. A Bachelor’s degree with substantial executive leadership experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership in a nonprofit, child welfare, behavioral health, or human services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, program oversight, and financial stewardship.
- Strong background in trauma-informed care, child advocacy, and systems-level collaboration.
- Experience working with Boards of Directors and navigating governance.
