Non-Exempt What You’ll Do:
Keep things on track by managing calendars, meetings, and communications for the President/CEO Act as a go-to liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners Coordinate Board of Directors meetings—prep materials, schedule meetings, and keep records up to date Support other executive team members and departments like HR and Quality Help drive strategic initiatives and special projects Manage office supplies and purchasing, and help keep our space welcoming and well-stocked Greet visitors and handle incoming calls at our
Administrative Building What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of administrative or executive support experience (nonprofit experience is a plus!) A high school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is even better Someone who’s tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office A strong communicator with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A professional who can handle confidential information with care and discretion Perks of the
