We’re excitedto announce an internal promotion within our leadership team andare now seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to join us asour Facility CEO.Position Summary The Facility CEO is responsible for the overall leadership andstrategic direction of the hospital, ensuring the consistentdelivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. Thisexecutive-level role oversees daily operations, financialperformance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement, withthe goal of maintaining Cottonwood Creek’s reputation forexcellence in behavioral health services.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing operational systems to support high standards ofpatient care and service Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and localregulatory requirements Leading, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinaryteam Promoting financial sustainability through strategic planningand cost-effective practices Approving and enforcing facility policies, procedures, andoperational standards
Qualifications Education:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration,Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldfrom an accredited institution preferred.
Experience:
