Role:

Allegiance Specialty Hospital of Greenville is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide overall leadership and operational oversight for our facility. The CEO will direct and coordinate all aspects of hospital administration, patient care quality, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and staff development to ensure that the hospital meets the highest standards of excellence in patient-centered behavioral healthcare. Responsibilities Direct and oversee all hospital departments delivering both behavioral health and long-term care services. Manage budgets, operational plans, and resource allocation to meet financial and quality goals. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local healthcare regulations. Develop and implement policies and performance standards. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care. Mentor department managers and promote staff development and retention. Build strong relationships with the Governing Body, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Oversee the maintenance and safety of the physical facility and grounds.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (preferred: Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field). Minimum of 2-3 years of senior leadership experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or behavioral health setting. Strong understanding of behavioral health care, long-term care operations, and regulatory standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer systems; basic understanding of medical and psychiatric terminology.
