The Opportunity:

Chief Executive Officer As CEO, you’ll be the strategic architect and operational leader for Passage Home. You’ll work closely with our Board of Directors to set the agency’s vision, spearhead critical fundraising efforts, advocate for those we serve, and cultivate community partnerships. Your leadership will solidify Passage Home’s position as a beacon of hope and progress in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Execute a comprehensive strategic plan, guiding our leadership team to achieve goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Operational Management:

Oversee all facets of agency operations, including program management, sound financial stewardship, human resources, and regulatory compliance of an approximately $4 Million agency budget.

Community Engagement & Advocacy:

Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials, community organizations, and local businesses.

Fundraising & Development:

Design and implement a dynamic fundraising strategy to secure diverse funding streams, cultivate relationships with key donors, and ensure compliance with all grant and contract requirements.

Board Relations:

Serve as the primary liaison and be accountable to the Board of Directors, providing regular updates, facilitating discussions, and collaboratively achieving organizational goals.

Affordable Housing Operations:

Oversee the management of approximately 90 affordable housing units and ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a leader who combines strategic acumen with a deep commitment to our mission.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related social science field. Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience managing and administering programs, including direct supervision of staff, preferably within a private non-profit organization or social service agency. Proven ability to understand, plan, develop, and analyze program activities, corporate procedures, and budgets. Preference given to candidates with a background in human services, real estate, economic development, and/or community action. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. SALARY RANGE

The hiring salary range for this position is $111,299 to $141,906 with competitive benefits. Passage Home, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
