The Project Manager, CEO Office is a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, supporting the execution of ECCO’s commercial agenda through high-level project management, cross-functional coordination, and strategic analysis. This role does not rest on traditional administrative support, and serves as a critical link between the CEO, Americas Leadership Team and the Global stakeholders. The Project Manager, CEO Office is integral in driving and supporting the ongoing formulation and implementation of ECCOs Americas strategy by providing structured insights, preparing decision-making materials for senior leadership, and ensuring alignment across key commercial initiatives as well as stakeholder groups. The role is also responsible for leading and managing strategic projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder buy-in, and measurable outcomes. In addition to project ownership, the Project Manager, CEO Office acts as a trusted advisor and representative of the CEO in various internal and external forums and settings, ensuring clear communication of strategic priorities and executive decisions. The role supports execution by ensuring availability of resources, providing guidance on strategic direction, and acting as a reliable sparring partner and point of contact. As our Project Manager, CEO Office your responsibilities will include: Strategy Formulation & Implementation Support the ongoing formulation of the ECCO Americas overarching strategic direction by providing a robust analytical framework for decision-making. Lead input and gather feedback for continued strategy revision with key stakeholders across ECCO, including Customers, Consumers and internal Senior Management. Ensure availability of a cohesive, structured information set to aid decision-making within the Americas Leadership team to drive strategy formulation and implementation. Support the implementation of the Americas Strategy to the broader organization through effective communications and by aiding the overarching, strategic target-setting for the Group. Project Management Lead and manage core projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO Americas in close collaboration with critical stakeholders. Ensure clear progress, clarity of objectives and buy-in to effectively manage projects and initiative implementation. Incorporate relevant, suitable knowledge and input from subject matter experts and key contributors around ECCO to validate project scopes and, similarly, drive effective implementation. Ensure timely, on spec deliverable of initiated core projects through ongoing, clear target setting and alignment of expectations. Commercial Support Proactively support ECCOs sales channels by providing clear guidance on Executive priorities and the strategic direction of the business through effective communication. Ensure the availability of adequate, needed resources to propel commercial and business development in the region, where needed. Ensure representation of the needs of the regions in critical decisions, projects and initiatives to be carried out back to HQ. Be a trusted, reliable sparring partner and point of contact for the global HQ in key decision gates to become market pull-driven. Communication & Stakeholder Support Consolidate and curate informative material to update the Americas Board on the current state of the business, progress on the strategic direction and other relevant developments to be reported on. Formulate memorandums and other means of communication on behalf of the CEO to drive proactive, transparent communication across the organization. Support the CEO in prioritization of tasks, deliverables and decision-making to avoid bottlenecks and ensure efficient progress on various incoming requests. Represent the CEO in various settings and contexts to ensure an adequate presence of the CEO office across the organization. Support the CEO on various ad-hoc tasks where needed, including the validation and screening of materials before presented to the CEO. Support on various administrative tasks during day-to-day business operations to ensure steady progression towards tasks and deliverables.
