About the role:

This is a full-time position based in NY. The Executive Coordinator will support the President & CEO of Genesis Companies by ensuring that the CEO’s priorities and directives are fulfilled efficiently. This individual will be tasked with helping to track and follow up on key initiatives, ensuring projects are moving forward, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.

Position Summary :

The Executive Coordinator is expected to attend in-person meetings with the CEO and be flexible regarding in-office versus virtual work based on the CEO’s calendar. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and project management skills and a passion for supporting executive leadership in a dynamic real estate development firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The Chief Financial Officer will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws (OSHA, ADA and Fair Housing). Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Strategic Project Support and Coordination Support the CEO’s oversight of strategic projects and initiatives and provide assistance in project coordination and execution. Collaborate with various departments (and related companies) to ensure key initiatives are on track and help to adjust priorities as necessary. Ensure all relevant information and documentation is prepared and accessible to support project goals. Liaise between the CEO and senior leadership to support timely follow-ups on action items and objectives. Draft and review internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO Prepare materials and provide insights for the CEO’s meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed on relevant topics. 2.

Task Management:

Ensure that the CEO’s directives and tasks are followed up on and completed across departments. Track progress on key initiatives and projects, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met. Provide regular updates to the CEO on outstanding tasks and upcoming priorities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of action items. Attend various meetings, in person and virtual, as needed by the

CEO Qualifications, Experience and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field. 3-5 years of experience in support and coordination role, supporting senior manager in a fast-paced business environment Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and handle competing priorities Strong communication (written and verbal) skills Able to build and maintain effective relationships with cross functional teams stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality Proactive and self-motivated with ability to thrive in dynamic work environments Professional appearance and manner
