This CEO perseveres through whatever gets in their way and consistently delivers results. This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They understand their market, the unique value proposition of Keller Williams, and can effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner. They are aligned with the Operating Principal’s (OP) vision to achieve the Market Center’s goals. They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of recruiting producing agents and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions. belief system in their dealings with others. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. They have at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience, with a track record of sales success. They understand basic business operations, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to support others in making great business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

This is the 20% of the job Recruit top-producing and emerging agents by building and executing strategic growth plans. Drive agent productivity through business coaching and consulting Ensure agents have access to the tools, training, and resources they need to achieve their personal and professional goals. Consult productive/top 20% associates to increase profitability, work/life balance and reach their individual goals Collaborate with the leadership team to meet and exceed financial and agent count goals. Lead with vision to cultivate a positive, growth-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, learning, and success. Support profitability by partnering with the Operating Principal to maintain the financial health and operational success of the Market Center. Additional Responsibilities Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the Market Center leadership team Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs Lead and/or partner with MC team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs Oversee the ALC (associate leadership council) and ensure ALC growth in profitability, work/life balance and reach their individual goals Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in partnership with OP Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture Empower members of your team to help hire brand new agents Conduct regular Career Nights, frequently engage in the local business community, and serve as the liaison with the community for KW Lead impactful team meetings Qualifications & Skills Active South Carolina Real Estate License (Required) Experience in Recruiting experience 2+ years of leadership or team-building experience Proven track record of growing real estate businesses Mastery of the KW models, systems, technology, and training (Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others) Must be willing to relocate to
