The Bristol TN/VA Association
REALTORS
® (BTVAR) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for the Association Executive (AE) position to lead and manage all aspects of the Association’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, collaborative leadership, and strategic thinking to increase the association’s growth. BTVAR serves 450+ members in Bristol, TN, and Bristol, VA, and the surrounding area, with the office in Bristol, TN.
Qualifications:
Outstanding communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to leverage relationships to increase BTVAR’s visibility in the community.
Collaborative leadership with the board, membership, and staff.
Comprehensive knowledge of association/organizational administration, operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
Visionary leader who excels at developing creative strategies to drive the association forward.
Commitment to networking and establishing relationships/partnerships at Local, State, and National Associations.
Preferred but not required: 2 years in office management, real estate, and/or REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation.
Willingness to travel throughout the year.
Compensation:
$40,000 – $60,000 with a package based on experience and qualifications.
