We’re looking for an Integrator to join our leadership team and help drive our next phase of growth. About Us We’re a top-performing College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving franchise, operating from two locations in Brookfield and Norwalk, CT. With 30+ team members (HUNKS) and two operations managers, we’re on a mission to scale from a $1.5M business to $5M+ by strengthening our people, systems, and service. We operate with a strong values-driven culture and are implementing the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to support our growth. Our recent acquisition of 2 additional territories positions us perfectly to support this with further growth in mind. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Integrator in our EOS model, working closely with the Visionary to align strategy and execution Lead and coach two operations managers, helping them grow in leadership and performance Strengthen the execution, accountability, and culture of our 30+ person frontline team Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and team communication Drive measurable results through

KPIs:

Gross Profit, Fixed Expenses, Net Profit Assist in building out strategic partnerships and revenue-generating contracts Hold the team accountable to key priorities and ensure consistent progress on growth goals Ideal Background Proven experience leading service-based operations teams of 20-50 in companies doing $3M-$8M+ Track record of scaling a company from $1-2M to $5M+ in revenue Strong understanding of team-based operations, logistics, and scheduling EOS experience (Integrator seat or leadership team member) strongly preferred Experience in junk removal, moving, or logistics is a plus Comfortable working in-person between our Brookfield and Norwalk locations
