Opportunity:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Business Partner and help lead the operations and growth of a Florida-based insurance agency. This is a buy-in ownership opportunity with an agency backed by a growing franchise system. You will take a leadership role managing operations, client appointments, agent training, and account oversight — with the ability to increase your equity stake over time based on involvement and performance.
Please Note:
This is not a sweat equity or salary-only role . A financial buy-in is required , and your experience, leadership capacity, and overall value will influence your ownership percentage and buy-in terms.
Equity & Partnership Details:
Up to 30% equity stake available (more may be considered for the right candidate) Buy-in is required (this is not a commission-only or sweat equity opportunity) Verified funds must be available for serious consideration Industry experience is strongly preferred Final partnership terms will be based on your experience, leadership potential, and financial contribution Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty License Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance Proven experience in agency operations, team management, or sales leadership In-office leadership presence required (this is not a remote role) Must be prepared to verify available funds if invited to final discussions Your Role as a

Agency Operations & Management Oversee daily agency operations and ensure smooth workflow Manage client scheduling, compliance, and system oversight Track KPIs and business performance Oversee vendor relationships and manage office budgets Team Development & Leadership Recruit, train, and develop producers and staff Coach the team to meet production and service benchmarks Foster a performance-driven, collaborative team culture Client Management & Sales Oversight Manage high-value accounts and customer escalations Oversee quoting, binding, renewals, and service delivery Contribute to client retention strategies and sales growth Why Join Us?
