Fitlife Foods is seeking a Dual Market Leader to oversee our Plantation and Fort Lauderdale locations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who can balance team development, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction to drive growth and success across multiple locations. Dual Market Leader Mission In this role, you will lead and develop high-performing teams, manage operations, and drive sales at both the Plantation and Fort Lauderdale locations. Success as a Dual Market Leader will come from fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and support while consistently meeting operational and sales goals. You’ll work closely with Team Leads to ensure consistency in service and standards, while also building community relationships that enhance Fitlife Foods’ visibility and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor Team Leads at both Plantation and Fort Lauderdale locations, cultivating a culture of growth, accountability, and support. Oversee daily operations to ensure each location meets sales targets, implements innovative processes, and achieves growth goals. Review performance metrics, including sales and labor, regularly, collaborating with Team Leads to set and achieve goals. Conduct in-store audits and visits to maintain consistency in operations, customer service, and standard procedures across locations. Facilitate weekly calls and quarterly performance reviews with Team Leads to discuss metrics, initiatives, and areas for improvement. Manage product mix and waste reporting, aligning inventory with business goals through effective ordering and tracking. Cultivate relationships in the community to boost store visibility and drive in-store sales through creative, localized strategies. Support recruiting and training efforts to ensure seamless onboarding of new team members, maintaining consistent leadership standards.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple teams and driving performance across locations. A solutions-oriented mindset focusing on achieving sales targets and operational excellence. Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of effectively prioritizing responsibilities across two locations.
