We’re seeking a Market Leader to oversee a retail location in Plantation and Fort Lauderdale . Market Leader Mission In this role, you will lead and develop high-performing teams, manage operations, and drive sales at both locations. Success will come from fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and support while consistently meeting key operational and sales goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Team Leads to ensure alignment in service, standards, and team development-while also playing an active role in community engagement to grow visibility and local customer connections. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Team Leads at both locations, cultivating a culture of growth, accountability, and support. Oversee daily operations to ensure each store meets sales targets, implements innovative processes, and achieves growth goals. Review performance metrics regularly, including sales and labor, and partner with Team Leads to set and meet actionable goals. Conduct regular in-store audits and visits to maintain consistency in operations, service, and standard procedures. Facilitate weekly calls and quarterly reviews with Team Leads to track progress, surface opportunities, and align on initiatives. Manage product mix and waste, aligning inventory and ordering with business goals. Build and maintain strong community relationships to increase local visibility and drive store traffic through creative outreach. Support recruiting and onboarding efforts, helping to build a strong team and maintain consistent leadership expectations. Qualifications Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or locations. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational goals. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities across locations. Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to building a strong, values-driven culture. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and respond to urgent needs as necessary.
