Full Job Description Job Description Vice President of Operations Nature Of Work:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee and manage our service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that meets the expectations of our clients and customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and manage a team of managers and professionals to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments (such as Human Resources, Sales, IT, and Operations) to align operational excellence with overall business objectives. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operations initiatives and drive improvements where necessary. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations. Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance and streamline operations. Provide leadership in crisis management and resolution of issues. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the operations team. Prepare regular reports and presentations on business performance for executive leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Proven experience 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing service delivery operations. Strong understanding of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries. Experience in managing budgets, forecasting resource needs, and optimizing operational efficiency. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, executives, and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decisions and performance improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Service Delivery Management or related field (e.g., ITIL certification). Experience in janitorial. Experience working in a global or multi-national company.
