About the RoleAs Vice President of US Operations, you will takeon a pivotal leadership role in driving the operational success inEnteractive’s first and also forthcoming US office(s). Reporting tothe MD of Enteractive USA, you will oversee all aspects of the USoffice’s operations, working collaboratively across departmentssuch as Reactivation Sales, IT Support, HR & Recruitment, Finance,and Legal to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment withglobal standards and objectives.
This role demands operationalexpertise and the ability to foster collaboration between teams toachieve Enteractive’s growth objectives. The VP of US Operationswill act as a key representative of the US entity, ensuringsustainable business practices and compliance while building astrong foundation for Enteractive’s continued success.
KeyResponsibilities Direct and oversee all operations within the US office,ensuring alignment with Enteractive’s overarching globalstrategy. Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction acrossoperational departments, including IT Support, HR & Recruitment,Finance, and Legal. Drive operational improvements and efficiencies by optimizingworkflows, resource allocation, and overall effectiveness acrossteams. Implement processes and systems to enhance productivity whilemaintaining high standards of compliance with labor laws andregulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales andMarketing, to strengthen relationships and support businesssuccess. Build and nurture strong relationships with operational andexecutive stakeholders, both internally and externally, acting as atrusted advisor and point of contact for key clients. Strategically manage budgets to optimize costs while meetingfinancial goals. Deliver insights, KPIs, and updates on operational performanceto the US MD and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with thecompany’s objectives. Mentor and develop high-performing teams across theorganization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability,and innovation. Ensure adherence to all local and federal laws, laborregulations, and industry standards, protecting the company’sreputation and interests. Provide regular updates to the US MD, Group CEO and Board onstrategic insights, performance metrics, and operationalachievements. Perform any other responsibilities that align with the role ofVP, as may be assigned from time to time to support the company’sevolving needs.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in operations,business development, or general management. Proven track record in a senior leadership role with oversightof cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or arelated field; advanced degrees are considered a plus. Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring anddeveloping high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills,with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across alllevels. In-depth knowledge of US labour laws, regulatory requirements,and best practices. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and balance multiplepriorities effectively. Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving andanalytical abilities.
