Chief Operating Officer Jacksonville, FL • Relocation package available A leading and rapidly growing pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, driving operational excellence, system efficiency, and quality care delivery. This role is ideal for a visionary healthcare leader with a track record in managing multi-site pediatric practices and implementing innovative solutions that support clinical and organizational growth. Responsibilities Lead operational management for all locations to ensure consistent, high-quality, and patient-centered care Spearhead automation and efficiency initiatives, including the integration of AI tools and advanced healthcare technologies to optimize practice operations Champion the implementation of new systems that improve scheduling, patient communication, revenue cycle management, and quality reporting Support organization-wide quality improvement efforts including team-building, communication enhancement, meeting facilitation, and leadership development Analyze baseline data and performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
