The COO will overseeday-to-day operations across multiple locations, drivingoperational excellence, system efficiency, and quality caredelivery. This role is ideal for a visionary healthcare leader witha track record in managing multi-site pediatric practices andimplementing innovative solutions that support clinical andorganizational growth.
Responsibilities Lead operational management for all locations to ensureconsistent, high-quality, and patient-centered care Spearhead automation and efficiency initiatives, including theintegration of AI tools and advanced healthcare technologies tooptimize practice operations Champion the implementation of new systems that improvescheduling, patient communication, revenue cycle management, andquality reporting Support organization-wide quality improvement efforts includingteam-building, communication enhancement, meeting facilitation, andleadership development Analyze baseline data and performance metrics, identifyimprovement opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
