Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production and Operations Manager specializing in Mitigation to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will be performance-driven with extensive experience in mitigation operations and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Xactimate Level 2 skills for accurate estimation and project management.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement IICRC standards and practices to ensure quality and compliance.
- Develop strategies to optimize resources and enhance operational performance.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Project Management from start to finish which will include the coordination and supervision of : sales, estimating, mitigation work and reconstruction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mitigation and operations management.
- IICRC certification is necessary.
- Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of build-back process / general contracting processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
