Executive Manager Tampa Stem Tampa, FL 33647 The Executive Manager plays a crucial role in supporting and executing the vision, strategy, and operations of the organization. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of effectively collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment between business goals and day-to-day operations. The Executive Manager will work directly with upper management to manage strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and provide insights to improve organizational efficiency and performance.
Strategic Support:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to support the development and execution of the company’s business strategies. Assist in setting long-term goals and objectives, ensuring alignment across departments. Provide high-level support in decision-making processes, identifying opportunities and challenges that affect business outcomes.
Operations Management:
Oversee key projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Manage and monitor the performance of critical business operations to optimize productivity and efficiency. Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as a liaison between upper management and various teams to ensure smooth communication and effective execution of business plans. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and updates to the executive team on key performance metrics, challenges, and initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and guide department managers and teams to achieve company objectives. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and collaboration. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Decision Support:
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the executive team based on data and performance metrics. Help prioritize and manage projects to align with organizational priorities, resources, and timelines. Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in a management or leadership role, ideally with exposure to executive-level and/or corporate operations. Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
