Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. This includes managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare management and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operational activities within the organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers
• Provide guidance and support to staff on operational issues
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, objectives, and expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Familiarity with critical care operations and medical terminology
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks)
• Previous experience working in a dental office is a plus
• Excellent fiscal management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
