- As a Strategy, Innovation and Technology Officer you will advise senior leaders on mission capabilities, technological advancements, solutions, and program efforts across Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) enterprises and provide strategic collaboration and innovative solutions to complex problem sets, senior management, and expertise to senior leaders for the design, development, and directing of multifaceted transformational projects, programs, and teams to: + •Advising or influencing the operational commander:•Achieve senior leader objectives in strategic support for large, complex and multiagency collaborative efforts across foreign and domestic organizations.

- Optimizing networks for joint functions:
- Be a positive change leader and design, inspire, and enable organizations to transform into globally digital collaborative teams and deliver operational value to government organizations spanning military domains and warfighting functions. +
- Supporting transformation:
- Plan, develop concepts, designs and implement strategies that usher in revolutionary concepts and designs in support of
JWC, JADC2, MSS.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Provide operational value and provide solutions and support to capability, resource, technical, and project Working Groups (WG), Cross Functional Teams (CFT), Operational Planning Teams (OPT), Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Tiger Teams, Functional Capabilities Boards (FCB), Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), Cost Assessment and Program Evaluations (CAPE), Executive Steering Boards (ESB), Congressional Review Boards, etc. +
Technical Acumen:
Integrating and managing data globally from supporting organizations and mission critical data sources, utilizing intelligence data and systems to support and enable global situational awareness. +
Management:
Organize and orchestrate both small teams and large organizations (300+ personnel).

Minimum Qualifications:
- + Requires 20 years proven agile and adaptive leadership as a positive change agent, providing strategic collaboration, policy guidance, planning and innovative solutions to complex problem sets across enterprises.
+ Front line tactical and strategic command level leadership of small teams to large organizations. with exceptional ability in identifying skills and talents to align teams that bring out the best in everyone to solve problems. + Direct experience with the development and implementation of Mission Partner Environment (MPE) requirements, with a proven record of driving successful interoperability and MPE capability projects across multiple units, WGs, and Executive Steering Committees. + Global Combat and Control Systems, Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems, Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK), Joint Fires Networks (JFN), MSS, and other systems across DoD to fulfill Information Exchange Requirements (IERs). +
Military Knowledge:
Familiarity with military constructs and mission tactics, techniques and procedures, across the services and geographical and functions commands.

Preferred Qualifications:
- + Master’s degree in Communications, Geology, Engineering, Military Operational / Strategic Studies or applicable technical field + Graduate from military operational or strategic planning course (Command and Staff or an Advanced Warfighting School) + Certification, experience, and or training in Next-Generation Artificial Intelligence.
