This is a critical executive role focused on advancing strategic goals, operational excellence, and exceptional patient outcomes in partnership with senior physician and nursing leadership.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, Lee Physician Group & Ambulatory Care , the Vice President will provide leadership and direction for multiple specialty divisions, including: Adult Specialty & Digestive Health Neuroscience & Surgical Services Hospitalist Medicine & Continuum of Care In collaboration with the Chief Physician Executive(s) and the Chief Nurse Officer Executive, Primary Care and Ambulatory Services , this leader will define and execute the strategic vision for surgical and medical specialty services across the system.

Strategic Leadership:
Drive innovation, growth, and alignment with system-wide goals in specialty care delivery.
Operational Excellence:
Lead the daily operations of assigned divisions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and financial sustainability.
Collaborative Innovation:
Partner with physicians, nurses, and system leaders to evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and progressive care models.
Quality and Safety:
Champion clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Patient-Centered Focus:
Ensure that care delivery meets the highest standards of quality, access, and experience.
Fiscal Accountability:
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance metrics for assigned service lines.
Requirements Education:
Masters degree required. A masters degree in business or health administration is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of ten years previous experience in a medical group senior management role within an integrated system.
