Role:

We are launching an exciting new dessert restaurant concept in the United States through a joint venture between an internationally recognized franchisor and U.S.-based investors. As the Area Leader , you will be on the front lines of our U.S. market entry, responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance across multiple locations, and ensuring operational excellence as we scale. You’ll play a critical role in developing the brand’s footprint in new markets, championing our guest experience, and leading a growing team of general managers and restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations across an expanding portfolio of locations in designated markets Hire, develop, and manage high-performing general managers and store teams Ensure adherence to brand standards, operating procedures, and guest experience expectations Support new store openings, including training, setup, and pre/post-launch operations Partner with corporate leadership to localize strategies for U.S. market success Monitor P&L performance, labor, COGS, and other key metrics across the region Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR, fast casual, or franchise operations Experience in new market launches or rapid expansion environments a plus Proven ability to lead teams through change and growth Strong financial acumen and operational rigor Ability to travel extensively across assigned markets Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building something new
