S. expansion and set the foundation for scalable growth. Position Summary The Vice President of Operations will oversee the strategic and day-to-day execution of Cleopatra Ink’s U.S. operations. This executive role is responsible for franchise development, store-level operational excellence, sales performance, and ensuring strong local market adaptation of our global brand. We are seeking a highly motivated leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for growth, and experience in scaling lifestyle or service-based businesses in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership

• Lead all U.S. studio operations, ensuring consistency, high performance, and brand alignment across both corporate and franchise locations.
• Build and implement operational systems, SOPs, and KPIs to support quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage and mentor regional managers and studio-level teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational results. Franchise Development
• Develop and execute a franchise growth strategy tailored to the U.S. market.
• Identify, onboard, and support franchise partners, ensuring full alignment with Cleopatra Ink’s brand standards and values.
• Oversee compliance with franchise agreements, legal standards, and operational requirements. Sales & Business Growth
• Set and manage sales targets for all U.S. locations, with a focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and repeat business.
• Implement upselling strategies, service bundling, and loyalty programs to drive profitability.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide commercial and pricing strategies. Marketing Alignment & Localization
• Ensure all marketing efforts are effectively localized and aligned with the U.S. market needs and cultural nuances.
• Support the integration of national and regional marketing strategies into studio operations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints in collaboration with global brand guidelines. Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit or franchise operations, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Proven success in scaling businesses in the U.S. market.
• Strong background in sales management and operational execution.
• Experience with franchising, including partner recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to oversee studio performance and franchise support. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in tattoo, beauty, luxury retail, or creative industries.
• Familiarity with U.S. franchise compliance and operational frameworks.
• Background in both corporate-owned and franchised business models.
• Turkish language skills are a plus.
