  • Multi-Site Medical Practices provides strategic and operational oversight for multiple clinical sites though out the state of Florida.

This role ensures efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery while leading teams and optimizing business performance. The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to regional management. Requirements Minimum of 10-15 years of operational leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive role in a healthcare organization. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred. Proven success in driving operational efficiency, leading large teams, and managing complex business processes. Experience in scaling operations, change management, and driving organizational transformation. Experience managing healthcare facilities or multi-location clinical operations is required Strong understanding of financial oversight, team leadership, and regulatory compliance Strong financial and strategic acumen, with a focus on growth and sustainability Expertise in healthcare workflows, compliance, and patient experience In-depth knowledge of clinical operations, particularly within multiple sites in a geographic area Regular Travel to medical multi
