Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance efficiency and support business growth. Lead operational modernization initiatives. Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee the management of all branch operations functions. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and Bank policies and procedures. Responsible for supporting the vision and execution of strategy across the organization. Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues affecting functional departments across the bank; collaborate with department heads to access root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve workflow efficiency and service delivery. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree (B.A.) in finance, business, real estate or related field preferred.
