VP of Operations / Preconstruction (PX) – Mid/High‑Rise
Role Overview:
Lead overall operations strategy for mid/high-rise commercial construction.
Oversee preconstruction, operations, and delivery teams.
Align strategy with executive leadership and clients.
Drive operational excellence, P&L, process improvement, and people development.
Ideal Candidate:
12+ years in senior operations roles within mid/high-rise/commercial builds.
Demonstrated success managing large teams and delivering complex, high-value projects.
Total Compensation:
Market-based $170K-$230K+ base + bonus
