Branch Executive Director Confidential Boca Raton, FL 33432 Job Summary The Branch Executive is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the branch. This position requires a dynamic leader who can manage day-to-day activities while driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management, project management, and business development. Duties Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance branch performance. Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for process improvement to optimize workflows and increase productivity. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to foster strong business relationships. Provide senior leadership support by mentoring team members and promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess branch performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with other departments to align branch goals with overall company objectives. Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in property or community association management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or executive role. CAM License (Community Association Manager) – Florida required. Proven track record of managing large teams and complex residential portfolios. Strong understanding of Florida condominium and HOA laws and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen, including experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
