Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the operations team to ensure optimalperformance and efficiency. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with thecompany’s overall business goals. 3. Oversee the management of all customer-facing functions,including call center operations, customer success, and clientexperience. 4. Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and projects,ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 5. Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, using data to drivecontinuous improvement and deliver results. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth andcustomer retention. 7. Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems to enhance customerrelationships and improve operational efficiency. 8. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork,innovation, and excellence. 9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industrystandards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or arelated field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,preferably in the tech services industry. 3. Proven experience in developing and implementing operationalstrategies. 4. Strong background in project management, including the abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Experience in managing customer-facing functions, including callcenters and customer success teams. 6. Solid understanding of CRM systems and their application inmanaging customer relationships. 7. Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of leadinghigh-performing teams. 8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drivedecision-making and operational improvements. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build strong relationships with both internal andexternal stakeholders. 10. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customerretention. 11. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. 12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
