SUMMARY As the VP of Operations, you will be the driving force behind our operational efficiency, growth strategies, and client experience. You will oversee daily operations, sales performance, customer success, and project management while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and revenue goals. This is a fast-paced, startup environment, and we’re looking for someone who thrives while wearing multiple hats-part general manager, part strategist, part project manager, and part growth architect. You must be adept at building scalable systems, optimizing sales and call center performance, and driving operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following: Operational Leadership & Strategy Develop and refine operational processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. Oversee and optimize the matchmaking process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to measure success and performance. Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve workflow and productivity. Sales & Call Center Optimization Work with VP of Sales to: Optimize the sales and call center operations, ensuring high conversion rates, efficiency, and team performance. Implement training, scripting, and performance tracking for sales and customer service teams. Develop and execute strategies to increase lead conversion and revenue growth. Leverage CRM tools and automation to streamline sales and matchmaking processes. Growth & Scalability Build and execute growth strategies to support rapid expansion. Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and operational improvements. Ensure a best-in-class client experience by continuously refining customer interactions and service offerings. Work cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and matchmaking teams to align company goals. Project Management & Execution Oversee multiple projects related to expansion, technology integrations, and operational improvements. Implement project management best practices, keeping teams on track and aligned. Drive key initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment Experience in sales leadership, call center management, and operations optimization. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Deep understanding of customer journey optimization, high-ticket sales, and client experience. Experience with CRM, sales automation tools, and customer engagement platforms. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude.
