Are you an experienced leader of business operations within experience of overseeing franchisee operations? ARO Search are exclusively partnering an organization in Boca Raton, FL, to source a VP of Franchise Operations. The business are a Franchisor with three brands in the group, once of which has just sold it’s first franchisee licenses. As VP Franchise Operations, you will be in a key leadership position will responsibility for driving operating standards, guest experiences, training and growth across the group portfolio. You will also be responsible for delivering sales and franchisee profitability. The key responsibilities of the VP Franchise Operations will be to drive a high performing culture with a focus on delivering an incredible guest experience. You will also be responsible for managing business reviews, expansion plans, audits and sales within the franchisee network across the group. To be considered for the position of VP Franchise Operations, you must: Have experience of working within a franchisor environment Be able to demonstrate operational success within franchisees Have demonstrable experience of growing and developing franchises Be able to manage a diverse business portfolio establishing priorities and making business led decisions Be a proven leader Be willing to work onsite in Boca Raton with travel across the US to meet franchise owners (roughly 20% travel).
Ideally you will:
Have experience of working within a restaurant or food based franchised organization Have worked in a fast growth, scale up organization This opportunity would suit an experienced operations leader who has worked within a franchisor/large franchisee network.
