CompetitiveCompensation Full Benefits Annual Bonus Growth OpportunitiesCollaborative Culture Job Details The roles primary functionswithin the Operations team include, but are not limited to,performing specific functions associated with the submission andexecution of trade instructions provided by advisors and managers,assist with the set up and ongoing client account program selectionon the TAMP, and participating in the duties related to theonboarding of new advisory firms and their clients. The Role willinclude working with 3rd party investment managers and interactingwith their platform and conducting the needed workflows to enrolland service client accounts. The role will also include developingrelationships with the various investment managers and servicepartners to foster a positive working relationship and identifyopportunities for efficiencies. The role will include participationin creating and developing new workflows and procedures as needed.

The role will also include working with the Managed Accounts teamrelating to the remediation, reconciliation and reporting aroundtrade errors

RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out the required processesinvolving the TAMP platform, including order request management,reconciliation with TAMP technology and the custodian, clientinteraction, and facilitate procedures with various custodians.

Communicates with custodians, Resource Partners and home officedepartments to support TAMP functionality and integration betweenvarious aspects of the platform. Assist in the ongoing set up andmonitoring of accounts and activities on platform for bothprofessionally managed and advisor managed programs. Supports tasksrelated to advisor onboarding and internal conversions to thetrading and investments platforms. Work with the Manager ServiceTeam as a liaison between our advisors and the 3rd Party ManagersInterface with various 3rd party manager web-based platforms foracct enrollment and account servicing. Provide Support for theManager Service team during transitions and ensure accounts areappropriately enrolled and serviced within our SLA, includingworking with custodians to complete bulk tasks. Work with 3rd Partymanagers to resolve any client acct issues and custodianrestrictions and trouble shoot technical issues relating toaccounts. Work with the manager and the Managed Accounts teamrelating to any trade errors that may arise and provide relevantdata, analysis and reconciliation as needed. Other duties asassigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,or another relevant field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in atrading position or equivalent. Prior experience with WealthManagement Software (Addepar, Black Diamond, Envestnet, Folio,Vestmark, 55ip etc.) preferred. Ability to analyze information andmake recommendations. Proven communication skills (both oral andwritten). Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standardsare met without impairing workflow. Must be able to partner,collaborate and work in a team environment. Strong organizationaland time management skills needed to prioritize workload, handlemultiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
