Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for demonstrating transformational leadership and growing existing account revenue and delivering direct contribution through expense control in production, service, and merchandise expense. Additional responsibilities include creating a culture of empowerment and engagement by setting clear expectations and goals, and by nurturing a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Service responsibilities include developing a culture where service representatives consistently improve quality of service, product availability and inventory management, and grow business relationships. Operational responsibilities include developing a culture of continuous improvement to meet production and financial objectives, improve safety performance, and operate clean and orderly facilities. Success factors include Strong Leadership Skills, Self-Motivation, and Discipline. Essential Functions Lead up to 50 full-time associates operating out of locations in the Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale areas with revenues up to $10MM Manage a 12,000 square foot facility that processes up to 50,000 pounds of healthcare textiles each week Manage field service operations including up to12 daily routes that provide service to up to 500 customers each week across Florida. Requirements:

Required Skills & Abilities Proven track record of serving in a general management and/or operations leadership role for a growing business with P&L responsibility and a large group of associates Direct line leadership responsibility for major functions including multi-shift plant production/maintenance and field service operations Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to build strong teams and credibility gained through significant results and relationship building with customers and colleagues Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. Formal continuous improvement experience strongly preferred. Customer focused with the proven ability to represent the Company with external customers as needed Experience in textile laundering and/or medical field a plus A bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience required Fluency in Spanish is a plus Local candidates or regional relocations are preferred Physical Requirements The ability to stand, sit and/or walk repeatedly throughout most of the workday. When in the plant, subject to the outside environment with possible exposure to extreme temperatures (heat, cold, humidity, etc.). Normal lifting of up to 50 pounds is possible. Mobility is necessary in order to perform assigned functions. Noise level is moderate to heavy as the work area is a production environment. Position requires the ability to occasionally work different shifts to monitor plant performance. Personal protective equipment is available and will be required to be worn as the situation dictates. Required Credentials Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years’ experience serving in a General Manager, Service Manager and/or Operations Manager role for a growing business with full responsibility for P&L. Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a continuous improvement culture (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
