What You’ll Own:
Strategic Growth & Business Development Lead the charge on regional growth initiatives. Identify, secure, and grow key client relationships. Champion the firm’s presence across Georgia and beyond. Team Leadership & Operational Oversight Direct multidisciplinary teams with clarity and confidence. Optimize workflows, elevate project delivery, and ensure top-tier performance. Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. Geotechnical Expertise & Innovation Apply deep geotechnical knowledge to complex technical challenges. Advance best practices and pioneer innovative solutions. Elevate the firm’s technical brand in the industry. Client Relationship Management Build lasting partnerships based on trust, integrity, and results. Serve as a visible, credible voice for clients and the firm alike. Navigate challenges with diplomacy and long-term vision. Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making Assess risks, identify opportunities, and lead with purpose. Align technical goals with business outcomes. Help future-proof the organization with smart, data-informed decisions.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s with a Geotechnical focus preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license – highly desired. A proven track record of leadership, business strategy, and team development in high-performing environments. Strong, persuasive communication skills-you inspire action and alignment. An entrepreneurial mindset and the emotional intelligence to lead through change and complexity.
