Job Responsibilities Leadership Lead hands on execution of kiosk strategy, by directing Merchandisers, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and alignment with Pepi’s core values: Serve Others, Do It Right, and Be The Best. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve strategic goals for delivery operations and micro-market profitability. Conduct regular meetings with Merchandisers to review performance metrics, safety standards, and operational priorities, ensuring effective communication and execution. Conduct regular kiosk visits to evaluate performance, engage with employees and customers, and implement improvements to enhance store standards and gross margins. Serve as a client-facing leader, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to enhance retention and satisfaction. Stewardship Oversee the end-to-end operations of servicing our clients, including route planning, product delivery, and equipment maintenance coordination for all Kiosks. Control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to achieve net profit goals while maintaining quality and service standards. Utilize analytics to monitor and improve profitability, analyzing data to drive informed decisions. Monitor transaction data to ensure a high percentage of successful transactions, minimizing errors, voids, or refunds to optimize revenue. Develop and implement planograms for micro-markets, optimizing product placement to maximize sales and customer appeal. Develop and implement strategies to increase year-over-year sales, utilizing promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and upselling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets. Learn and master internal software systems to manage delivery schedules, track performance, and ensure seamless operations across all territories. Compliance Maintain a clean driving record and enforce the same standard among direct reports. Ensure all delivery and servicing operations meet Pepi’s “Gold Standard” for quality, timeliness, and customer service excellence. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, implementing changes to keep operations compliant and competitive. Job Qualifications Education:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in a senior operational leadership role may substitute for formal education.
Experience:
3+ years of management experience in delivery, logistics, or operations Proven experience in vending machine and micro-market operations, including planogramming and account retention, is highly desirable. Demonstrated client-facing experience with a track record of maintaining strong customer relationships. Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerBI, and other applications. Ability to quickly learn additional internal software as needed.
