Job Overview Come join our Kingdom as The Area Manger. Where you would play a critical leadership role that is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the multiple restaurant locations. This position involves strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring that all operational activities align with the company’s five-star goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations management and will be skilled in project management, business development, and senior leadership. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores within a specific geographic area, focusing on driving sales, building relationships, and developing talent. They lead a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent standards and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management Supervise Store Operations:
Ensure stores are operating efficiently, following company standards, and meeting performance goals
Drive Sales and Profits:
Implement strategies to increase sales, control costs, and improve profitability within the area
Ensure Compliance:
Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards
Implement Company Initiatives:
Support the implementation of new products, services, and programs within the area
Analyze Data:
Review financial reports, sales data, labor % and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement
Leadership & Team Development Lead Store Managers:
Mentor, coach, and develop store managers, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed
Develop Talent:
Identify and develop potential leaders within the team, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders
Manage Staff:
Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and address any disciplinary issues
Communication & Relationship Management Communicate Effectively:
Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and performance results to the store management team
Build Relationships:
Connect with customers, internal partners, and external stakeholders to build a strong network and improve customer experience
