Monitor profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with business development objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing coaching and mentorship as needed. Engage in strategic planning sessions to set long-term goals and objectives for the organization.
