Opportunity Overview We are seeking a Senior Director, Asset Management to take ownership of a portfolio of select-service and extended-stay hotels throughout the U.S. This leadership role is focused on maximizing asset value and performance through strategic collaboration with third-party hotel operators and internal investment teams. This position will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and work closely with a high-performing team based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta. Key Responsibilities Oversee asset management for a portfolio of hospitality properties nationwide. Drive financial performance by partnering with third-party hotel operators. Analyze STR data, revenue metrics, forecasts, and financial statements monthly. Conduct monthly performance reviews and property site visits. Develop and implement value-add strategies for each hotel asset. Manage capital project planning and execution in collaboration with internal teams. Monitor market dynamics, including demand generators and competitive trends. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and operational regulations. Lead annual budgeting processes, including capital and operational planning. Support acquisition teams with underwriting and due diligence when needed. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in hospitality asset management, finance, or hotel operations. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, hospitality, or a related field. Proven expertise in operational analysis, budgeting, and strategy development. Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence. Ability to work independently, travel as required (~40%), and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in data-driven decision-making.
