The objective for the US Property Management Operations VicePresident role is to deliver consistent, elevated operationalleadership across Property Management markets through theestablishment of key functions, roles and responsibilities for ourProperty Management Operations, Transition, Client Success, andLearning teams.
You will:
Lead and oversee functional teams to achieve organizationalobjectives/KPI metrics Ensure development of and adherence to Global Standards Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures andstandards Identify and develop solutions to operational risks
What You’ll Do:
Global Standards Oversight of Global Standards in conjunction with our marketsto meet compliance requirements. Continually review and align standards to meet client andmarket needs while providing exceptional service deliverables. Market Operations Support and provide resources to market operations teams,ensuring alignment to central vision for scope of services, howroles operate and market coverage. Partner with Property Management Market Leaders where there aregaps in coverage and service. Business Training Collaborate with the Learning and Development team and alignProperty Management teams to develop and communicate training thatmeet the needs of the business. Risk Management Establish US PM Risk team and support our US Risk Operationsteam with oversite of our Global Standards and Environment forExcellence programs. Work with Risk team and Global Audit to implement monitoringand audit program across the US. Operational Communication Partner with Communication team to represent the businessperspective in all operational communications and calls. Leadership Lead the US National Operations team and ensure delivery ofservices align with market expectations.

Successful candidates willalso be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’sapplicable benefit program.
