Vice President of Operations KGS Technologies Alpharetta, GA 30009 Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our operational strategy and execution. This senior leadership role is critical in driving efficiency, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and business development, with a proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex projects. Duties Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners. Drive project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints. Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring and developing team members at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives. Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive in the market. Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Vice President or equivalent in operations management is a plus. Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex relationships. Extensive project management experience with a focus on strategic planning and execution. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals. Background in business development is highly desirable, with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
