Chief Operating Officer 1.7 1.7 out of 5 stars 192 Swanson Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Job Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key executive responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization and implementing effective business strategies to ensure operational efficiency. The COO will work closely with the leadership team to drive growth, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and a proven track record in leading teams towards achieving organizational goals. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments are functioning effectively and efficiently. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Manage program management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future operational needs and resource allocation. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes. Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against established goals. Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring department heads and promoting professional development. Skills Strong expertise in strategic planning and execution. Proven ability in process improvement methodologies. Excellent program management skills with a focus on results. Demonstrated experience in managing teams at a senior leadership level. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Proficient in budgeting processes and financial oversight. Comprehensive knowledge of operations management principles. Ability to forecast operational needs based on market trends and business objectives. Skilled in change management practices to support organizational growth. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving operational excellence and making a significant impact within the organization. This is less of a day-to-day job and more of a strategic vision kind of job. We need someone who has executive level experience in a $25M+ business Compensation will include performance based bonuses The duties are going to be things like setting KPI’s and making high-level changes. Company utilization percentage will be major role responsibility

$70,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
