Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Manage program management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future operational needs and resource allocation. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes. Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against established goals. Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring department heads and promoting professional development.
