We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedChief Operations Officer (COO) to join our established law firm.

The COO will play a significant role in the firm’s strategicplanning process and will be responsible for driving the firm’soperational success. This role will require an individual with astrong background in operations, finance, and marketing/sales, whocan drive the firm’s growth and profitability while ensuringoperational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensure smoothfunctioning of various departments including human resources,finance, and administration. Develop and implement operational strategies in line with thefirm’s strategic goals. Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leadership to set thefirm’s strategic direction and drive its execution. Ensure the firm’s financial performance and growth bydeveloping and implementing sound financial strategies. Oversee the firm’s budgeting and financial planningprocesses. Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategiesto attract and retain clients. Monitor the firm’s compliance with legal regulations andprofessional standards. Foster a positive and productive work environment and promotethe firm’s values and culture. Identify opportunities for process improvements and costsavings. Lead and motivate staff to advance employee engagement anddevelop a high-performing managerial team.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance,or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree ispreferred. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role,preferably in a law firm or professional services firm. Proven experience in operations management, financial planning,and strategy development. Strong understanding of the legal industry and itsregulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ademonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a high-performingteam. Strong financial and business acumen, with a proven trackrecord of driving growth and profitability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, andother stakeholders. High level of integrity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sounddecisions under pressure. Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic planning processand execute strategic initiatives. Experience in marketing and sales within the legal industry isa plus.
