Manages compensation levels within company guidelines Ensures territory operations are in compliance with all federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and labor and employment laws. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary. Creates a network of relationships to build brand passion and reputation with our guests. 25% Operations Establish a clear direction for the assigned territory and creating operating plans and policies and implementing to drive the business forward. Ensures operational consistency across assigned territory. Lead the assigned territory in the implementation of company initiatives. Take responsibility for generating area sales growth through developing short and long-term strategies and delegating responsibilities accordingly to achieve operational excellence. Ensures territory compliance with Sonic’s food safety program, including Sonic Safe, and all local, state and federal health and sanitation laws and regulations. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary. Manage budget for facility/equipment maintenance. Oversees regional market compliance with SRI’s Policy Matrix. 25% Sales and Profit Reviews/analyzes monthly P&L and sales reports to determine if any action needs to be taken and executing on a plan to address any variances and clearly defines what is most important to drive performance; maintains focus and commitment to achieve. Generates fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms that create value in the market. Oversees regional compliance with cash handling policies, banking procedures and deposit verifications. Takes immediate corrective action when necessary.
