The CWHH Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, clinical delivery, and service excellence across the company’s national network of home health locations. This role ensures the integration of strategy with execution, driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality across a national footprint. The COO position requires a seasoned business executive with clinical operations, payor and provider experience who will create the vision, expertise, strategy, and leadership skills necessary to support a growing business and ensure its long-term success. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and reimbursement environments, and a track record of leading distributed teams in a growth-oriented setting. This position can be located anywhere within the contiguous lower 48 states. Key Responsibilities Accountable for end-to-end CWHH operational leadership that drives operational workflows to support all areas of the business for 12K+ associates, across 350+ branches and 40+ states. Fosters a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and mission alignment. Promotes and drives accountability for employee engagement, retention, and talent development across the organization. Leads a team to develop and implement scalable operational processes, policies, and systems to support high-quality, cost-effective service delivery that meets and/or exceeds all applicable regulatory requirements. Partners with the Home Solutions leadership team to translate company strategy into measurable, actionable operating plans. Collaborates with clinical leadership to uphold and improve standards of care, patient safety, and outcome-based performance. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS Conditions of Participation and accreditation standards. Drives performance improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and best practices. Supports the integration of new acquisitions and the launch of de novo sites, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment.
