Job Description
Overview Directs, administers, and coordinates the operations of the organization in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the President and management by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensure Profitability of the company by creating and overseeing a yearly budget, and assisting in attaining that budget by controlling operational expenses. Directs the preparation of short term and long term goals and plans, based on the goals and growth objectives of the corporation. Setting, measuring, and reviewing goals of direct reports. Reviews and assesses all delivery processes for efficiencies. Development of product and go-to-market strategies Incorporate leading new technologies and media solutions into our operations and delivery organizations for flawless execution for our clients Assist in the development of new business by providing input on how the business can best be supported. Develop and implement procedures and controls to promote communication, flow of information, and effective operations. Lead the teams to develop delivery plans that meet the needs of our clients. Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and report these results to the President. Work effectively with other divisions and agencies. Assist in developing effective cross divisional operations. Must have experience managing and coordinating the efforts of multiple specialty teams, including Engineering, Technology Services, Analytics and Email Delivery. Experience with Epsilon technologies and platforms a plus.
