- Seeking aHospitality Asset Manager for a leading real estate investment firmmanaging a diverse portfolio of hotel properties.
- The Hospitality Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing thefinancial and operational performance of assigned hotel assets, with afocus on maximizing profitability, enhancing asset value, and supportinglong-term strategic objectives.
This role requires strong financialacumen, in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, and the ability tocollaborate with property teams and stakeholders to drive performanceimprovements. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, analytical, andexperienced in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of hotel assets, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and asset value
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management
- Participate in weekly revenue calls and provide oversight on forecast accuracy and performance drivers
- Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management and ownership
- Approve and manage annual budgets to ensure alignment with investor return objectives
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to support operational efficiency and service quality
- Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate standards, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with brand and ownership expectations
- Lead the planning and execution of capital expenditure projects and renovations
- Perform property valuations and market assessments to identify growth opportunities and support investment decisions
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide asset strategy and investment planning
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and brand standards
- Serve as a liaison between property owners, operators, and other stakeholders, providing clear communication on asset performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality asset management or a comparable senior management role in the hotel industry
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of hotel financial statements
- Proven ability to drive performance and enhance asset value through strategic oversight
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, asset management systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to travel as needed for property visits and meetings.
