Description We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Operations to lead and oversee daily activities in Hampden, Maine. This role requires a strong background in managing business operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be adept at supervising teams while maintaining compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations across assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a meticulous and organized setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in analyzing workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leadership.
