As we grow, we seek a dynamic Assistant Vice President of Supply Chain Operations to lead the optimization of our supply chain and support systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and top-level service delivery.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Vice President of Supply Chain Operations will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our supply chain network. This role will oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and systems support. You will drive operational excellence through best-in-class systems, process innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical systems acumen, operational expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support growth, cost savings, and service levels across all operational sites.
Lead inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, , and systems support teams.
Own supply chain systems architecture, including ERP, WMS, and other logistics platforms; manage upgrades, integrations, and future system implementations.
Drive KPI development and operational dashboards to ensure high visibility into performance, efficiency, and financial impact.
Optimize inventory management processes for parts distribution, ensuring right-part, right-place, right-time availability across national locations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to drive supply chain innovation and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Operations, and Field Service teams to align supply chain initiatives with broader company goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed supply chain team.
