Job Description

Regional Vice President Confidential Mint Hill, NC Summary:

As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Plumbing Operations, you will lead and oversee day-to-day plumbing activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and proficiency in construction management software, such as ServiceTitan. Your ability to manage schedules, provide team guidance, and ensure compliance will be critical in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and driving operational success.

Supervisory Duties & Responsibilities:

Participate in the hiring and termination process in accordance with company policy and HR regulations. Conduct annual performance reviews, manage recognition and discipline, address complaints, and resolve personnel issues in coordination with HR as needed. Ensure all supervisory actions align with organizational policies and applicable laws. Price jobs accurately, ensuring all costs are captured and company sales goals and profit margins are maintained. Review and adjust invoices as necessary to reflect accurate job pricing. Monitor and evaluate apprentice development, ensuring adequate training and progression in plumbing skills. Assess technician competencies and identify opportunities for additional training or education. Maintain technician truck cleanliness and compliance with inventory control protocols. Set and track technician performance, sales, and productivity targets. Motivate and lead the team to consistently meet or exceed company sales benchmarks. Handle occasional after-hours calls to assist technicians with urgent job issues.

Office Duties & Responsibilities:

Support resolution of customer complaints related to field staff. Review upcoming job schedules to confirm availability of parts, subcontractors, permits, and appropriate technician assignments. Advise the dispatch team on important job-specific details for accurate scheduling. Perform daily invoice reviews to confirm proper pricing, material logging, and necessary follow-up actions. Communicate any action items to the Customer Service team promptly. Engage with customers via phone and email to review estimates, answer questions, and provide additional support.

Qualifications:

Plumbing license preferred. 5-10 years of related experience in plumbing and operations management. Strong leadership abilities and business acumen. Ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management. Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. High level of proficiency in ServiceTitan and iPad tools. Comfortable with email correspondence and preparing basic Word documents. Experience conducting site visits and preparing accurate job estimates; capable of supporting technicians with pricing and scope assessments as needed.
