Vice President of Operations Medical Facilities of America Administrative Consulting Charlotte, NC Medical Facilities of America (MFA), a trusted leader in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to join our executive team in the North Carolina market. This individual will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a group of healthcare centers. This is a key executive role responsible for ensuring overall operational excellence, financial strength, regulatory compliance, and a culture focused on quality care and customer service.
